Flat fee
From $15,000 remote / $19,500 on-site
Paid 50/50. 4–6 weeks of work plus 60 days of support.
Monthly
$2,500/mo × 12 months ($30,000) or $3,250/mo × 6 months ($19,500)
Same scope, spread over time.
Results-based
$5,000 onboarding + 12% of revenue gains over baseline, or 20% of EBITDA gains
12 months, capped at $60,000 total, including the $5,000 onboarding fee. US & Canada only.
50% of the Ark 360 Review fee is credited toward a Full Engagement or Advisory Retainer signed within 30 days.
