What we collect

When you submit a form we collect the details you enter (such as name, email, business name and type, country, language and message). The Operation Check runs in your browser; its figures are only sent to us if you request the full scorecard.

How we use it

To respond to your request, provide the services you ask for, and send information you've requested. We do not sell your personal data.

Processors

Forms are processed by our hosting provider (Netlify). Fonts are served by Google Fonts.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, including under GDPR/UK GDPR and applicable US state laws, by emailing hello@arkclubs.com.
