About Ark
Objective outside. Owner-operators inside.
Our team owns and runs clubs, hospitality and commercial property. We know what it's like to be too close to your own business, and what it takes to change one.
Objective
We have no attachment to how things have always been done, only to what is true for your business.
Hands-on
We own and run clubs and commercial property ourselves. Our advice is tested in practice.
Whole operation
People, payroll, pricing, property and experience, reviewed together by one partner.
Languages & markets
We speak your language.
Serving the US & Canada, the UK & Europe and Latin America. Headquartered in Monterey, California.
Our team
Owner-operators, not observers.
Ark Clubs is a team of owner-operators. We own and run fitness and racquet clubs, hospitality venues and commercial property, so we know payroll, pricing, maintenance and guest experience from the owner's side of the desk.
When we review your business, we bring two things owners rarely get together: an outside view with no emotional attachment, and the practical judgment of people who do this every day.
